VOLT Associés advised the ERES group, specialist in the distribution of employee savings and retirement savings solutions, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Bienprévoir.fr.

The Eres group is expanding its offer with the acquisition of Bienprévoir.fr, which specializes in wealth management and investment with expertise in real estate savings.
